Reliance Communication launches Android 3G tablet

Reliance Communications(RCom) has launched an Android tablet with 3G network support, becoming the first telecom operator in India to do so.


The device is priced at Rs 12,999 and is available bundled with 3G tariff plans — the teleco is offering 1 GB data every month for 12 months for Rs 4,500, 2 GB for Rs 5,500 and 5 GB for Rs 7,000. Monthly plans are also on offer with 20 to 33 per cent discount on regular tariffs.
